YAY! it my 10th birthday and I wonder what I'm getting .I hope its better then my sister.It should be I am the oldest. Hey,there's my uncle and he's got presents. Two wrapped boxes,one for me and one for my sister.Without hesitation I rip the paper off. YEAH! I got a cell phone black and grey telecom, pantech ,flip top with internet access. I am the man but hold on what did my sister get. Yep you geussed it black and grey telecom,pantech,flip top with internet access. So,who cares my phone is going to have better games then hers. Now I wonder what my ancestors used. Probably,smoke signals , purerehua , conch shells Couldn't imagine using those. One blow means yes. Two blows means no. I'm already confused. Give me a 6 inch 20 buttoned hand held phone any day. so theytell me I'm a 21st century learner and if thet's so, why does my mum have a flasher phone then! Learning Intention
We are learning to work co-operatively to build a hut
that will enhance our school.


Success Criteria
We will know we have done this when we have worked
together as a team.
When we have finished our hut and when we can share our
hut with our whanau.

When we started the Eco Hut we squared the frame for the Eco Hut then we finished we dug four holes in for four corners. After that the boys mixed the cemented and put it in the holes for the Tikauka pou.When we finished Papa Kupu took us boys up to shagans old house To cut the bamboo down for the Eco Hut.
